What we do

How it works

01.

Getting to know you

When you or your coordinator first make contact, we will organise a time for us to meet in a place that you are comfortable with so that we can get to know each other.

This is where you tell us all the goals and day-to-day tasks that you would like our Mentors to help you with! We will also discuss a support schedule that works for you and learn how best to support you!

02.

Get to know us

Now that we know your goals, interests, and hobbies, we then match you with one of our Mentors. We do this by matching you with our staff who have similar interests and have extensive knowledge about a new skill that you want to learn to ensure you achieve your goals!

We then introduce you to your new Mentor, we understand it can be tough to meet new support staff so we are happy to meet with you and your coordinator/ family member or previous Support worker to ensure a smooth transition.

03.

Tracking your goals

We believe communication between the participant and the service provider is crucial for ensuring results while providing quality care.

We do this by encouraging you, the participant, to contact us if you have any questions or would like to make changes to your schedule of support. We would like to hear your feedback to see if you are enjoying our services and reaching your goals as you grow with us!
